This was the perfect rental property for my family. The bedrooms were ample in size and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms were clean. At the end of our stay, a large snowstorm moved in so we were very grateful for the plow service provided by the HOA and the shovels for digging out the driveway. The property had everything we needed and we'd definitely love to stay there again!

Property was conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, also house was near many trails and activities including wall climbing gym. We love downtown Truckee and that was less than 15 min away. House was nicely updated and very clean(no bugs on window sills or cobwebs or dust spots in corners), sheets and towels were very clean(no spots of any kind). Kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment and utensils. Plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, soap, conditioner for a family of 5 for 5 nights. House was nice and warm when we arrived. When we arrived there wasnt any snow on the ground yet and even though the weather did a 180 and dumped lots of snow a day or two later, unfortunately the resorts didn’t open until the day we left. House came with access to a garage for one car. Driveway was decently level with the street so it wasn’t difficult getting out. Snow plower came each day it heavily snowed but you do have to dig through the snow berms created by the city’s snow plowers. Because this house is on the main thoroughfare for this area, the street can get busy at certain times(ppl leaving to and from the local ski resorts) but location was not noisy. The BIG plus with the house being on the main road was the street was maintained regularly. Unlike where my sister lives, the side streets were plowed like once a day which made it difficult to drive through esp when a snow storm hits the area.
