Great location to bring the family with young kids who aren’t big enough for the snow parks just yet. Played in the back yard and it was enough for all of us.

Modern well appointed house. Its smaller than the photos would have you believe but was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen functioned very well, new morden appliances. Great TVs EXCEPT they are mounted above the fireplaces (like 6' in the air!) so you have to crank your neck to watch. Again no big deal.

We enjoyed our three nights day during the early October shoulder season in Tahoe. The house was clean and newly remodeled. The layout was comfortable and appliances, electronics, and hot tub all function well.
The location was also nice with easy walking access to the lake, restaurant/bar and Pickleball court.
