10am checkout is too early

I had a fantastic stay here during a ski trip to Tahoe. The location was perfect, easy to find, and close to everything I needed. The host’s communication was proactive and super helpful, and check‑in was smooth and straightforward. The place itself was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and well set up. I’d happily stay here again.

Place was nice! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It had plenty of space for my family of 4 and would have fit two families easily. All was clean and bathrooms were nice (even had bidets!) The location was great (near northstar). Kids could play in snow and we also went for a few good walks around the neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants.

Amazing place for a staycation, clean and fully stacked kitchen, very spacious house, also walkable to the beach and to the coffee shop. Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the home. The kitchen was very well stocked providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were large with modern appliances. Do note that this location is decently north of Tahoe City. We were there during a winter storm over a holiday weekend and so battling traffic to the mtn was painful when conditions were good, so plan accordingly.
