Our family of 4 and dog stayed here for nearly a week during our kids’ ski week break. A major snowstorm hit while we were there, which meant we spent far more time inside than planned. Thankfully, the house made that easy. The location is excellent, close to everything and on a quiet street. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we appreciated having several games available to keep everyone entertained while we were snowed in.A few areas could use improvement. The front door code is sent at the actual check-in time rather than in advance, which felt a bit uncomfortable (in the end, the code was sent a few hours early, on our drive up). There were also a handful of minor maintenance items that were broken and could be easily addressed. Storage is limited in the primary and bunk rooms, as there are no drawers or shelves for unpacking clothes. During the heavy snowfall, the private plowing service that was promised for the driveway did not come, but when we contacted the rental company, they responded quickly and resolved the issue.Overall, this is a comfortable home in a prime Tahoe location with plenty of space for a family, though it would benefit from a few updates and small fixes.

We had a great stay at this Kings Beach Airbnb on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The location is a major plus—it’s truly walkable to the beach and just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and groceries, making it very convenient.
The home was clean, well maintained, and had a well-stocked kitchen that worked great for group meals. We loved the cozy Tahoe feel, along with the views of the trees, surrounding mountains, a glimpse of the lake, and some snow on the ground. Even with limited snowfall, the scenery was still beautiful and relaxing.
There were plenty of games for fun evenings together. The house worked well for our group overall, though the small driveway and limited parking were a challenge with multiple cars, so plan ahead.
Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located place with great views and an authentic Tahoe vibe. We’d definitely recommend it for groups visiting Kings Beach and the north shore.

The house is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. It is walking distance to the most beautiful beach. A quick drive to an incredible hike/walk. And very convenient for quick day trips. The only drawback was an older water heater, so if you want to take a bath, make sure everybody else showered first, or it will be a cold one. Other than that, it was a great house and we will most likely rent it again.

This home met all our needs for a great stay in Lake Tahoe. It was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, which made it feel cozy and convenient. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day of adventure. We’d definitely stay here again!
