We had a very nice stay overall. The house is new, clean, and well maintained, with modern appliances and everything we needed. The location is excellent—close to Lake Tahoe and Tahoe City, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and activities nearby.
A few minor drawbacks are that the upstairs can feel quite dry, the non-centralized air conditioning makes the temperature somewhat uneven, and sound carries easily between rooms. The house is also located up the hill, so guests who are sensitive to higher elevation may notice it. These issues did not significantly affect our experience, and overall, we would consider this a great four-star stay.

Our stay at this home was very relaxing. The floor to ceiling windows looking out to the trees was amazing to wake up to every morning. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was fully stocked with ALL kitchen essentials. We really liked our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.
