Beautiful house. Excellent attention to detail, including kitchen, pots and pans, WiFi. Hot tub was a hit, though we had to shovel a lot of snow to get to it. Heat took a long time to come to the right temperature, so we were very cold the first night.

Lovely stay. House was a nice layout for our size of group. Hoping to get two jackets left behind at the house above the garage. Thank you.

Overall we loved our stay and we think we will book that place again in the future, but it's very expensive, and it was not perfect so for 5 stars to mean something, we are giving it a 4 stars.
We loved: the overall space, the unobstructed views of the woods, the comfy beds, the jaccuzzi, the well stocked kitchen, the cozy fireplace (make sure to bring fire starters), big garage
Two things made it not perfect
1/ The driveway + steps to the home were extra icy (would make some ice rings jealous). It makes walking and the drive up super dangerous (with 4x4 and good tires). The protected stairs up were super slippery. I told them, they challenged me first, and dropped a pack of salt at the bottom and left, which meant I had to break the ice myself.
2/ We were two couples with kids, and there are only 2 beds that fit 2 adults, one is above the garage outside. The description is not clear enough about this
Other: too many messages/emails, heating was not 100% (set 68, get 62 in main room)

Absolutely great stay at this place ! Clean house and space was perfect for our nine guests. Jacuzzi was awesome and the wifi was great for how remote the area is. Plenty to do in Tahoe City which is a 13 minute drive from the house. Perfect place even better location for summer activities.
