What a great house for a long weekend with friends! The location is amazing- just a short walk from the lake and hiking trails. The house is very well stocked with all the kitchen gear to cook for a group. It also had lots of games for adults and kids. I'll definitely be back with my family!

I had a wonderful return stay. I had a stressful week at work and looked forward to staying at this house all week. I knew that a cosy living room, fireplace and comfortable beds were awaiting me. We had a wonderful visit during shoulder season - perfect weather, wonderful fall colors and limited crowds. We had leisurely mornings, movie nights, and daily walks. The kitchen is well stocked and we made fondue and multiple home cooked meals. I felt well rested and recharged after a weekend here! Can’t wait to come back!

I spent seven days living in the Blackwood Bungalow, and it was the best seven days of my year. Perfectly located on the west shore, close to all of the best beaches and hiking trails, the bungalow was fully stocked with all essentials and more and was the perfect size for our family of five adults. I can't wait to return!
