We had a fabulous vacation at Blackwood Bungalow. The home was beautiful, well stocked and so close to the lake.

We LOVED everything about our stay at this cabin in Homewood! The house was super clean, modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed including multiple portable fans to help cool down the home in the evenings (no A/C is pretty typical for Tahoe). The beds were comfy and the washer : dryer super helpful. We BBQ’d one night and enjoyed the beautifully landscaped forest backyard every day. We brought our lab 🐕 and most shops and restaurants are dog-friendly. The cabin is just 9 homes from the private pier which our kids enjoyed. Note the street is a bit of a steep hill and took our breath away on the way back to the house.
All appliances were new / newer and easy to use. Lots of games and streaming TV available. Honestly, I could go on and on. We’d gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time on the property -- great family time, loved being near the lake, adored the backyard, as well! We really appreciated that we were able to bring our family pup, Francis, with us! We would love to make this an annual trip!

This was a well equipt comfy cabin. Very clean - cute decor. We had everything we needed in a summer cabin for a week in Tahoe !
