We love the Tahoe Viata part of the lake and this location was perfect. Loved the little strip of beach and the shallow water area. The unit was perfect for our family of three. And walkable to Pep’s for breakfast and Jiffy’s for dinner. We will be back!

The cabin was well appointed and clean and cozy. It had all we needed and the breakfast/lunch place across the road had good food and very friendly. It was great that they took a dog as a guest as well. Once outside you had a lake view and we were envious of those folks in cabins right on the lake.

Truly appreciate the last minute accommodations and prompt communication. We were on the road to Tahoe when our original accommodation was cancelled, and we scrambled to find a place nearby for our family of 3 and pet doodle. Thankfully we found this cottage steps to the lake. The place was cozy and provided most everything we needed for our short stay. Extra points for being able to check in a bit early too! Only minor con was being right next to the busy road. Overall good experience.

Great place to stay. Right on the lake and walkable to a coffee shop. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and the stay was wonderful.
