We’ve been going to Tahoe Donner for years. This house was beautiful and cozy, and we got to bring our dogs. We will definitely be back to this one.

Great place to stay for a weekend away with the kids. The rec center was nice.

So cute and cozy

Nicely appointed Cabin for 2 families plus your four legged family members can stay too. Cabin is in a great location of Tahoe Donner with great sledding right outside the cabin. Easy comm with Tahoe Getaways. Beds were comfortable and furniture was very accommodating in great room that flows into the kitchen and large dinning area all with nice Tahoe forrest views. The hot tub worked great and the downstairs entertaining space worked well for kids retreat area. Flat driveway parking and oversized garage spots are an added bonus as well. Would definitely consider staying again.

The house is well located if you plan to ski at Tahoe Donner Resort. The house is three levels so if you don’t mind the stairs it has a good setup for kids to burn off energy. The sloping lot is ideal for a sled run during the winter and has easy access at the rear. Good for a large or extended family stay. It can be challenging if there are two families as the lower level has the three rooms and master bedroom is by itself on the third floor. Fireplace is challenging to start, but once started it runs hot. Garage is tight for two cars but there is plenty of parking on site. House is well appointed and kitchen supplies is plentiful. No need to bring your own games or movies as the house is well stocked with subscription services/dvds, and board games galore. Overall we were happy with our stay. There are minor gripes but no deal breakers.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Somehow, it was even nicer than the photos! There was plenty of space for our family of four.
