Nice house. Great location. Walking distance to the lake, market , Sunnyside, pathway. Appreciated the garage access, hot tub and fenced yard for our dog.

Loved this house so much. Two small issues: the hot tub went off and on all night and was disturbing for a good night sleep. It would be nice to have been able to turn it off. Second, the smell in the house had a very strong mildew stench. We opened all the windows when we were home. We think there is mold in the master bath. We would recommend cleaning it thoroughly and possibly with a mold and mildew solution. Besides these two issues, it was a perfect house for us.

Such an easy stay. Great accommodations and proximity to the lake.

We had a great stay here. The background was really nice for our dog. We loved the extra space in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked (but BYO spices). Primary bed was ok, could have been more comfortable. Location is great for summer.

Amazing location. Quick walk to restaurants, a market, a marina, a bike rental shop, and a private hoa beach and pier! Wish we could stay here forever!

We had a lovely, long weekend at this property. The location was perfect. We walked to the lake and had breakfast at a delicious nearby cafe each day. The trees surrounding the home are beautiful and give you that Tahoe feeling. The neighborhood is full of unique and wonderful homes, adding to the cozy feel of the area. The home was very comfortable and we loved hanging out in the backyard, breathing the fresh mountain air. We will be back!
