The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked for a vacation rental. There were plenty of dishwashing pods as well as laundry pods, along with hand soft soap, body soap, shampoo & conditioner. Lots of cooking utensils as well as a salad spinner. The washer & dryer are new & very large. There are plenty of knives but they are not very sharp. We always bring our own knives. There was planety of space for 7 people with two little kids. The inside of the cabin was very clean but the outside was covered with a green dust from the pine trees so the first thing we did was to sweep the deck so we wouldn't track in the pine dust. They did provide two brooms but I would recommend bringing a portable electric vacume as we did for a long stay. The private beach is only three cabins away but it is closed to guests on Fridays & Saturdays. The beach provides racks to store your paddle board or kayak. There is a great bakery & grocery store only a few minutes away on foot. It is located on a court so it is very quiet.

Great location on the north side of the lake! 3 minute drive to the main street in tahoe city. Private beach access is limited on Fridays and Saturdays so be warned there. There is a public beach about 5 minutes from the location, so our party ended up going there and there was no issues.
Very quiet neighborhood, parking was easy with 3 trucks on the property.
3 bathrooms on property made it very easy to get larger group of people up and out the door
