Great house, great location. Only issues encountered were the lack of privacy - no drapes on large glass doors. The bathroom is right between the two bedrooms in direct line of right to the back and the lack of drapes was weird. The other small issue was lack of wine glasses. Overall, we liked the property but would not rent the same house again given primarily the lack of privacy issue.

The cabin was very cute and as described. It was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. There was a dirty pan that the cleaning crew must've missed and there were no kitchen sponges, but the host was responsive and even dropped off a kitchen cleaning kit for us in the same evening. The communication was fine and the instructions were clear. They let us know in advance the hot tub was broken, unfortunately.
We were there during a big snow storm and the cabin was cozy and warm the entire time. No issues. The driveway was plowed once a day. It was also very close to a sledding hill that we walked to with our kids.

The setting is lovely, with lots of pine trees, and there’s a jacuzzi for some relaxing fun. Plus, the kitchen is clean and inviting. My son loves watching the snow in the backyard.

to stay near the lake. Quiet, comfortable, and close to so many activities and restaurants.

The host were very responsive, and the accommodations were very clean. I would recommend being aware of arriving if there’s a heavy snowstorm as it was not easy to get in to the premises, especially when parking is not allowed on the street. This was probably out of their control as I was told it snowed around 3 feet that day. But, after driving 12 hours, it was not what I was hoping for.

We had a great stay at our Tahoe Vista rental through Tahoe Getaways. The house was clean, well-equipped, and full of high-end touches, from appliances to dishware. It was cozy but perfect for our family of three and our dog. We loved the hot tub and the nearby hiking trail, which was easy to walk to. The neighborhood was quiet, with mostly other rentals, and we had no issues at all.
