Wonderful house! Lots of space with many beds. All the rooms are well separated throughout the house. Surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Amazing patio with the hot tub.

We were a group of six women on an adventure trip. The house was perfect with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The space was bright, clean and comfortable. The location is a quiet neighborhood, central to Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Olympic Village and Truckee for all the great outdoor activities. The private garden hot tub was wonderful after a long physical day, and a large deck provides a perfect setting for coffee or cocktails. I definitely recommend for your larger group!
