We were a group of six women on an adventure trip. The house was perfect with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The space was bright, clean and comfortable. The location is a quiet neighborhood, central to Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Olympic Village and Truckee for all the great outdoor activities. The private garden hot tub was wonderful after a long physical day, and a large deck provides a perfect setting for coffee or cocktails. I definitely recommend for your larger group!

Nice home great location

The place is fantastic. Good location, clean and well built home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the rooms, the hot tub and the communication. They also allow pets, although the cost way higher than expected to bring them. One note, while the beds are fine, I would suggest they upgrade. Overall, happy with the home. Thank you.
