I think this is my first 100% amazing review! I am pretty picky and was impressed how clean and nice this rental was.Pros:-AC! I do not think this was listed but it was GREAT!!!-Washing Machine and Dryer-Tons of Dishes to use, easy dishwasher too-They provided a lot of bathroom and kitchen stuff beyond my expectations-Clean Garage-Easy Communications, a drain was slow and they came and fixed it -Great quiet neighborhood -Close and can walk to downtown and park-Coffee Shop with Gluten Free options close by, 7-11 and restaurant (easy to walk)-Tons of bath towels for guests and pool towels for hot tub-Fans in all the rooms-Dark shades in bedrooms for sleeping-Bunk Beds were high quality and sturdy-Table could sit 7 easily with extra seating at counter and outside-Furniture was nicerCons:-neighbors left dog poop in front yard a few times (I do not want to clean that up on vacation)-They have only non stick cookware (again this is me being picky)-I could not find a broom and had to use the vacuum to clean up kitchen etc.

Wonderful location and house. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a great spot to come back to after being out all day and be able to relax and recharge.
