Beautiful location and so close to Everline resort where the wedding festivities were taking place but allowed our extended family to stay together under one roof making it a special weekend getaway.
Downside: we had six children ages 4-13 and it appeared to have enough beds to accommodate our crew however the bunk bed mattresses were too big taking up the safety railing space for the upper bunks which meant kids and parents had to double up. Not ideal.
For cleanliness, the shower drains were full of hair, random clothes, empty alcohol shot bottles were left in the rooms we were using for the kids and there was food in the pull out sofa. Also, the kitchen cabinets could use a good cleaning.
Aside from those fixes (bunk bed safety a must!), it’s a beautiful location with lots to do with plenty of games/toys inside the house for the kids to keep them entertained in a fun relaxing way with plenty of space for everyone to move around.

Great location and house.
A little slow on the communication when the power went out and I was asking where the electrical breaker was and if they had flashlights anywhere. I sent a message at 6pm and they didn't respond until the next morning. I don't blame them at all for the power outage, as I later found out it was an outage affecting all of Tahoe, but they could have responded sooner and been more helpful.

This could easily be a 5 Star review with a few improvements: replace BBQ, clear weeds from front of property, improve housekeeping. The game room down stairs was a major hit with the kids (and the adults actually). With the improvements noted we would gladly stay here again.

We stayed recently as several team members meeting together in Tahoe for the trans-tahoe relay swim. There were plenty of bedrooms to give everyone their own space, but then the common areas were great and had a lot of activities to allow us to be entertained during our time at the house. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and great for cooking.

We enjoyed the house and the views - and had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults.
