spent 5 nights with another couple. the house if from the 80s, but impeccable in terms of everything working and cleanliness. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house is up high and feels like you're in the treetops with so many windows. They were easy to open so allowed for nice cross breeze during the day and nights. No issues. never needed to contact host, but also have a friend in the area. would def rent this place or with Tahoe getaways again.

Tahoe Donner is absolutely beautiful and a great place to vacation. Unfortunately, this home missed the mark on a couple things for us (cleanliness & privacy) especially for the price so when we return to the area we'll look for a different place to stay.

Place is cute with super comfy beds and pillows. Hot tub was hot, and the kitchen was stocked with what my family of five needed. Beautiful back yard , but keep in mind it’s not private- but that’s how all the housing options are up there. The only set back was all the stairs- it has two flights of stairs going up into the house and luckily I’m strong !! 💪🏻
