The views were beautiful, easy to travel to nearby cities. I loved the layout of the house as well. The house itself was dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, food on the ground in the lower bedrooms and cold showers in the lower bedroom that did not drain. The outdoor trash bin was full and then stated we had to take it to the dump and pay for that. I do think that the trash should be empty for new renters.

What a wonderful home and property! Lots of space and a great view of Lake Tahoe.All was as advertised. Pet friendly (we have 2 medium size dogs).The location in Carnelian Bay is close to basically everything.We would definitely recommend this place!

Had a great stay here with the family - looks better than the pictures, tastefuly furnished and well maintained!!
