Great home, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and well styled and house had all the modern amenities. Spot was perfect for our family.
Only drawback was the lack of screens on windows... it was a hot summer week and we needed to keep windows open to cool off the house as there's no AC (pretty common in Tahoe).
Other than that, would highly recommend, property management company was responsive to feedback and helpful.

Loved staying at this home with another family. The only complaint is that the house was so hot. There isn’t any AC. Had to run fans in kids rooms because they’re on the first floor. Also, no screens on the windows.
The home was beautiful and clean and the layout was great. Loved the record player and the outdoor deck to eat.

Sunrise Abode provided a delightful place for two couples, allowing space and privacy for both and, unlike most vacation rentals the bedroom spaces are of fairly equitable size and comfortable. Though the primary suite is definitely a step up, each bedroom has a separate bathroom except the bonus bunk room. Beds are comfortable and baths with good showers and plenty of towels, amenities and drawer space. Very nice, workable, well stocked kitchen. I especially appreciated the empty pantry cabinet for stashing the food/supplies I bring as we as an empty, clean refrigerator. It was a terrific benefit to have use of the huge garage. The house was very clean and we all enjoyed its style: simple but with very interesting art and cool, natural wall hangings. It was pretty warm when we were staying and tho it did cool off nicely when the sun retreated, it would have been nice to have had more screens to allow cooling air in without mosquitoes. Despite being on a through road, the house was quiet and felt quite private. I especially enjoyed the view from the back of the house; a few more pieces of outdoor furniture could make those decks more usable. The grill was great. All in all a great, relaxing house!

Really great spot! Tons of space and looks exactly as pictured. Record player and game selection was a nice touch.
