The house is located directly in the Palliaades which made it convenient for the wedding we attended. The house was comfortable and had a great balcony with a view of the mountains. It did happen to be extremely hot over the weekend which made it somewhat uncomfortable at night for a house with no central air. I appreciated the fans to help keep cool but a/c would have been nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with a starter kit and plenty of towels. Overall, we were comfortable for the number of days we stayed. We are looking to return again next year.

This is a very nice property. Bedrooms very clean and "as advertised." Nice deck. The host, Tahoe getaways, is very responsive. Had the place ready early. They answer their phone. Only tweak I'd add is that the refrigerator's ice-maker and water dispenser could be fixed. But all four guests in my group were very pleased.

Clean place, great views, and super easy check-in. Communication with the management company was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
