House was very clean, the hot tub was hot, and the kitchen was well appointed. Management company was very responsive. Getting into the house was easy. The large room with 3 beds didn't have any curtains. There was a ping pong table, but it required assembly and was in very bad shape (broken). The standard Internet connection was down, so there was a 5G hotspot installed. The Internet service provider was scheduled to enter the house and fix the Internet connection, but never showed up, which was an inconvenience for some in our group. Overall, not huge issues, but they did minorly impact our stay.

Overall good stay. Wi-fi wasn’t working during our trip which was unfortunate, and a hotspot was provided but it didn’t work very well. One of the drawers with pans was stuck but we got it unstuck, and the ping pong table was a little broken but usable when we got there. Hot tub was great, most of the rooms are really nice and everything was very clean. Overall the house was exactly what we needed for our trip.

Really beautiful and comfortable home, the hot tub was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cookware and knives were high quality and well maintained, which feels rare in vacation rentals. We will definitely book again!

Lovely place. Easy to find. Clean. Great backyard for kids to play. Very spacious, plenty of room for our group. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and clean cabin in the heart of Truckee! We would come back!

Great house. Tubes were available to use and there was a sledding slope just out side the house. Hot tub worked great and kitchen appliances were available to use. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown as well as ski resorts in the area. I would recommend this place for a big group of people.
