Beautiful home and great location

The Rustic Retreat was very clean and in good condition. It was the perfect size for 2 families of four. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the abundant towels and linens. There were even sleds in the garage for the kids to play with. We liked this home a lot and would book it again without hesitation.

The house is gorgeous and well stocked. My big complaint is there are only enough passes to pool for six while it sleeps ten. It made it stressful, who could go and who couldn’t. Especially since we were celebrating both of my adult children’s birthdays.

I had such a lovely, relaxing stay at this beautiful getaway in Truckee. The home is surrounded by stunning natural beauty—with peaceful views of tall trees and the nearby golf course right outside the windows. It feels tucked away and serene, yet it's just a short drive to downtown Truckee, where shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The home itself has such a comforting, cozy vibe—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every space was thoughtfully set up for rest and relaxation, making it easy to unwind. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, watching the breeze move through the trees, or exploring the town, it's the perfect spot to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat that still keeps you close to everything! Anytime is the best time!

This house is so comfortable, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large group! Very close to downtown Truckee for restaurants and bars. The house was also very clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals for the group. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back soon!
