What a wonderful house for a three generational winter vacation! Our 5 and 7 year old grandkids loved all the snow to play in the fenced backyard. The interior of the house is spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a week in the Sierras!!!!

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 8! Instructions for everything including check-in, garbage, opening the hot tub, etc. was all very clear. The location is a 5 minute walk from Gar Woods. 7-11 at the bottom of the hill. 5 minute drive to Safeway.
The Airbnb ended up being way better in person than the photos depicted. Overall very pleased by our stay and would recommend.

Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön! Es hat auch alles super funktioniert. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt, ist, das weder Salz & Pfeffer, noch Olivenöl wie im Inserat beschrieben, vorhanden war. Nach Nachfragen erhielt ich die Antwort, das es jemand vorbeibringt. Jedoch haben wir den ganzen Tag gewartet und es erst am Abend erhalten. (Wir waren nur einen Ganzen Tag da, somit haben wir’s am Abend auch nicht mehr gebraucht) wir wollten damit kochen und haben bis 17 Uhr nichts gegessen gehabt, da wir auf den Zusteller gewartet haben.
Ansonsten aber alles Top!

We had a really great time staying at Olive Branch. Plenty of room for the whole family with college age kids! The location was perfect for walking to a morning coffee or breakfast or spending an afternoon sampling Garwood's famous appetizers and drinks. The hot tub was a big hit after a day at the beach or hiking and we really enjoyed the big space for family game night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for those families who need places to be together or have some space to relax. Lots of indoor and outdoor nooks to hide away when you need a sibling break :)

We loved the location and the size of the house. It was well stocked and comfortable. We easily slept 7 people with dogs and had a great time. Very close to the beach, Gar Woods, hiking, etc. The hot tub was great and the kitchen well stocked. The only caveat for those traveling with pets is that the fence is not solid and had a large hole (missing planks) in the back so it is not "fully fenced" and we could not leave our dogs in the yard unattended but it is mostly fenced and it was fine while we were there and hanging out with them. Nice large yard for the dogs to explore and enjoy. Would stay here again.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The house is large and spacious with plenty of room for people to spread out or spend time together. It was cozy and welcoming! And the kitchen had lots of counter space for prepping family meals. We enjoyed cooking on the backyard deck (We brought our Blackstone from home). There were plenty of towels and linens! Thank you so much for making our family vacation so much more enjoyable and comfortable! We'll definitely be back!
