Power outages for over 30 hours of our stay was frustrating. No firewood provided, and only one roll of paper towels was inadequate. TV directions incorrect, asked for help took 48 hours to get assistance. Told showed up and no one home - we were all in the home. Told no key in lock box and was there the entire time - no one wanted to do their job. House is cute, bed arrangement good for large group.

Our family had a great stay at this place in Tahoe over Presidents’ Day weekend. For our family of 9, it was the perfect size to comfortably accommodate us, had good proximity to Northstar, and an awesome backyard for the kids to play. I would totally stay here again!

Host was super responsive and we were able to extend our checkout time (with a fee). House was in a great location close to the mountains. Would definitely stay there again

The front office stood out the most. Very responsive and positive. The size of the home was perfect for 2 Grandchildren, 4 and 6 and 7 adults. Large common area and kitchen. Never felt crowded. The Northstar HOA shuttle service to the front door coming and going was an absolute life saver and quick!

Decent location between Kings Beach and Truckee; house was spacious and mostly clean, but showed lots of deferred maintenance. Pillows were flat, beds uncomfortable. I had to order pillows and a blanket—couldn’t use the odd faux animal hide ones provided. Too few glasses/mugs for the size of the group. No broom until we followed up twice. Broken cabinet drawer, recliner stuck, blown speakers, dryer ineffective. Sliding glass door didn’t lock, which felt like a security concern. Several small things missing (light bulbs, kitchen clock and remote batteries, towel bars, working microwave turntable, etc.). Fridge ice maker made awful noises. Two showers were uncomfortable or broken—one only gave cold water, another had only harsh spray or mist. Movement on the top bunk shook the entire frame, disturbing the person below. Felt more like a rental run for profit than a cared-for home. These are first world problems: the space worked, but we wouldn’t return unless repairs and updates are made.
