Our family annual trip was great at this cozy and beautiful home. The views were fantastic, even better in person! The home was so spacious and great layout! Lots of sleeping areas and recreation area at the home. The host was very responsive and was very accommodating. We noticed a few items where missing upon arrival and with a quick text our host delivered those items same day. Very appreciative of that ! A few minor negatives would be : the home down stairs( all bedrooms) needs a bit of an update ! Some renovations to freshen up to match the beautiful home . Sheets need to be updated some where found with stains. And more towels for use in kitchen and bathrooms . Not enough, had to run laundry a few times. Lastly , music dock can use an updated version ( currently most options on the one there didn’t work , usb don’t work or Bluetooth) and it’s intended for the very old version of iPhone. Things mentioned above, can bring more of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice, great for a group of friends especially if you want to ski (so close the northstar).

We loved our stay! From the view of the lake to the giant kitchen island which fits 6 adults comfortably for dinner. The backyard is perfect for snowman building and snowball fight (there were sleds and snow toys in the garage)! We had a bit of difficulty at check-in where the lock box wouldn't open, but a quick call to Tahoe Getaway resolved the issue. The house has central heat like all houses in Tahoe, which makes the air quite dry, we would have liked a couple of humidifiers around the house to help with dry air. It seems like there is a centralized humidifier but I don't think it was working. Another thing we would love is curtains or blinds in the bedrooms and entertainment room (kids slept there). I understand having an unobstructed view of the lake/trees/mountain is great, but it also means nobody was able to sleep in past 7am. Although we weren't too mad after seeing the view in the morning ;) Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

This was the best experience with Airbnb and we will forever choose them anytime we come back to Tahoe. We were initially ghosted by another host with an infant AFTER we arrived at the Airbnb already an hour past earliest checkin. Horrible. BUT we were able to find an available home last minute with Tahoe Getaways. They were responsive, helpful, and able to get into a home within a few short hours. Then we had a freak thing happen with one of the windows and they were very helpful and had someone out to help within a couple hours. We love them and will book with them again.

From the moment you walk in, you feel you are in a special place. You are greeted with an amazing view of the mountains and lake. It is so peaceful, just sitting on the deck and relaxing with a cup of coffee was great. Very open floor plan with plenty of room for our extended family. The game room with pool table and foosball was an added plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Nice location 10 minute drive from Kings Beach. We enjoyed the nice large kitchen. Patio could use some more seating, only 6 seats and 2 small tables, not large enough to have a meal outside. The view of the lake is beautiful from the deck!
