Excellent location. Close to Tahoe City downtown and Kings beach, both reachable with about 10-15 mins drive. The property itself is neatly maintained. The hot tub in particular was a great addition.

Our trip was wonderful, beds were comfy, private location, etc. No issues with any appliances or issues getting inside the home. Would stay again.
