Shuttle service was clutch for getting to the mountain. Hot tub with creek right behind was amazing!

This was the perfect family location. There was a shuttle to alpine that made the trip so convenient. There was so much space for 2 families to spread out. The host was responsive and flexible and we’re looking forward to a return visit. Amazing house and location!

We had a wonderful time at our rental, set along the river with beautiful views and sounds. There was more than enough space for our group of 7, with plenty of well stocked amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is WiFi and a smart TV. Lots of lines, blankets, etc. A few items I would recommend would be to have an emergency preparedness kit on hand, the power went out several times and we had no candles, batteries, flashlights, etc. The couches are well loved and slanted when you sit on them/uncomfortable. Cleaning supplies - a broom, counter cleaners, more of those items would be really good. And the grease filter needs to be changed on the range hood (when you're in the kitchen, the grease smell can linger).

We were there to attend a wedding at the Everline resort. House was convenient to wedding venue. Loved the deck overlooking the stream. Kitchen was well stocked; loved the open floor plan, and house was clean. We had a problem with the primary toilet being clogged, but were able to clear it. Bed linens need to be replaced.

It was the perfect place for a Lake Tahoe getaway. Pristine and luxurious.
