The Canterbury Lodge was lovely.

This was the fourth year in a row I rented this home for the Hutch heating and air Board meeting, as we call it and it’s where going to make it five if I don’t let on how incredibly wonderful our stay was 😁

We rented this house for my dad's 60th birthday. The house was fantastic. Very well stocked. We enjoyed the large kitchen and open floor plan. Perfect for entertaining a large group. The kids are already asking if we can book it again next year! We went skiing at Diamond Peak and Boreal, both an easy, quick drive. The property management company was fantastic and made everything so easy. Wonderful place that we hope to come back to!!

My overall experience was incredible...the location was just a short driving distance to Kings Beach, Safeway and in the opposite direction Northstar & Truckee..The house was beautiful and very well maintained and equipped. The house was listed as a non-smoking home, however upon arrival the grounds around the lower deck was loaded with cigarette butts. The year round neighbors in the house next door were extremely loud partying on their deck from 12:00 pm to 3-4am five of the nights we were there which made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Canterbury Lodge is a perfect place to stay in Tahoe. Close to Kings Beach and close drive to other sight seeing locations. When you stay at Canterbury, everything is top notch. We didn't feel like we missed a thing. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, making our stay feel like home. Plenty of room for our family gatherings and we never felt cramped. We highly recommend this house!!

This was our second family and friends vacation at Canterbury Lodge. Lake Tahoe is really beautiful this time of year...but be patient with the traffic and road repairs. Overall, a great time. The property management company was easy to work with, and communicated very well. Thanks!
