Good accommodation, no issues with check in or the place itself. Good location - the shuttle service could take some time to get to you, but no fault of the rental. Nearby Alpine base and not far from Palisade base either

Great place to stay! Incredible views and super close to the mountain with a free shuttle. Good for a large group — plenty of space to spread out and enough bathroom space. Kitchen had lots of cooking supplies. Would definitely recommend!

It’s an okay place. The positives are it’s spacious and close to the Alpine base area via the free Mountaineer shuttle. If you’re skiing with a group it’s very convenient. The hot tub is a plus and was useful, and it has new kitchen appliances, Sonos speakers, and a good view. Where it lacks are the details, the WiFi was really slow and made working on a laptop or streaming anything on the TV a real pain (and the router and internet cables are in a pile on the kitchen counter for some reason). Several of the bunk beds are very firm and uncomfortable but that’s subjective, the other beds are good. Parking is tight, you basically have to park in the garage and it’s full of stuff and makes getting in/out of the car really difficult. Overall okay place especially if you’re there to ski with friends.

Communication from the beginning was fantastic. The check-in process was very smooth and in the middle of our trip we were able to extend our stay for an additional night. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all 3 meals with nicely updated appliances (double oven was a nice plus). They also had a garage fridge/freezer if you needed more storage to keep things cool.The bathrooms had plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. As well as extra towels for showering and using the hot tub.The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of blankets and pillows.I would definitely recommend this place!

Great spot for our family to gather, play games, and cook together. Ample room for everyone to sleep.

Great place for reunions and get togethers.
