Amazing stay, the process from start to finish was easy. Very informative from check in process to check out information. Our family of 8 enjoyed the house, amenities, and location. One of our favorite places this far to stay, would come definitely come back, thank you!

Great home, our family of 7 enjoyed our vacation here. Plenty of beds, space, and amenities. Location was perfect to all of our activities we had planned for. We will definitely book again!

Hosted my son’s 21st birthday here in summertime. Great activities to do within 10 minutes from home. Close to several popular beach areas and Safeway near by as well in a Tahoe city.
Great for a larger size group. The space has minimal items, outdated as it has older furnishings. A little dusty in certain areas but kitchen is upgraded and not what it looks like in the pictures. Kitchen was really nice. Decks were great, and hot tub was fun for my guests.
Surroundings are so peaceful and it was really nice to be able to go on vacation with my dogs. A lot of stairs so may not be dog friendly if your Fido is a little older, but it still was ok.
It was warm, and AC worked but it was still very warm throughout the house. Used fans to help circulate. There a bunch of large fans throughout rental which was wonderful to have.
Kitchen is fully stocked and appliances work great! Dishes were old, chipped but maybe they are just waiting to restock those.
Overall our stay was fun.

Good accommodation, no issues with check in or the place itself. Good location - the shuttle service could take some time to get to you, but no fault of the rental. Nearby Alpine base and not far from Palisade base either

Great place to stay! Incredible views and super close to the mountain with a free shuttle. Good for a large group — plenty of space to spread out and enough bathroom space. Kitchen had lots of cooking supplies. Would definitely recommend!

It’s an okay place. The positives are it’s spacious and close to the Alpine base area via the free Mountaineer shuttle. If you’re skiing with a group it’s very convenient. The hot tub is a plus and was useful, and it has new kitchen appliances, Sonos speakers, and a good view. Where it lacks are the details, the WiFi was really slow and made working on a laptop or streaming anything on the TV a real pain (and the router and internet cables are in a pile on the kitchen counter for some reason). Several of the bunk beds are very firm and uncomfortable but that’s subjective, the other beds are good. Parking is tight, you basically have to park in the garage and it’s full of stuff and makes getting in/out of the car really difficult. Overall okay place especially if you’re there to ski with friends.
