Gorgeous modern home at the end of a cul de sac, surrounded by trees and views. The home was thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. Multiple balconies, seating areas, hot tub and outdoor areas to enjoy the surrounding forrest. Management was responsive, kind and provided great recommendations. A perfect home away from home. Great pics, no reviews before us, so we booked blind. 5 nights, 10 of us, including kids.
House is a 5/5: brand new, huge, quiet, on the edge of a village with trails running right past the property. Everyone had room to breathe.
Management is a ???. We picked this place because it takes dogs, then found out, buried deep in the additional house rules - dogs must be over 18 mo. To mgmt. credit they offered a full refund, but by then it was easier to leave our dog with friends.
Then we arrived. Shoes off at the door - socks black in six steps. Floors had not been washed anywhere. The adjustable bed in the master was folded upright, couldn't find remote till morning - in another room and floor. Had to sleep in seating position. Stock supplies was not a match: one roll of paper towels, and toilet paper gone by day three. All 3 toiletries had the same body wash fluid. Two hot tub soaks left several of us with an itchy red rash, so we stopped using it.
Great place, needs real management.
