Overall great. Air was not functioning well. Wanted to cool the house down since it was 80 degrees outside, but would barely go below 77. Lock on main door is also a bit jammy. Needs some fixing.

This place was beautiful! Brand new and tastefully done. The 2 car garage in wintertime is fantastic! We will definitely stay here again. Host was responsive and helpful. Quick and easy drive to the slopes.

It was the Holiday week but they did their best to help out. They sent over a table top oven and a maintenance guy. The shuttle serve called Mountaineer Transit was awesome. It provided free door to door service in the Valley. Was happy to tip these hard working drivers. They drove even during the blizzard. Wow!!!!In spite of the glitches, I still rate this 5-stars
