Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been doing winter holiday vacation rentals in Tahoe for about a dozen years now. This year we decided to pay up a bit more in the hopes of getting a house that really was fun to be at...and we hit the jackpot! This was truly a great house for our family of two adults, two young teens, and two dogs. And we had some friends of ours join us for a few days, and they were also two adults and two teens. The house itself was very spacious, and sleeping arrangements were great. In addition with three tvs spread out around the house...and a steady and strong wifi signal throughout...there was no problem having us all in the main room or having the kids spread out and doing their own thing. The kitchen was great: it had nice cutting boards, great steak knives (a full set!), and a full range of new pots, pans and cooking accessories. Plenty of glassware, flatware and plates and we were able to have a really great New year's eve dinner with all 8 of us at the same table. The location was super...really just a 2-3 block or so walk to get to the 7 eleven, or the lake, or the Garwoods restaurant. We skied at Northstar, and it was less than 12 miles door to door; a map showed us that it would have been the sane to get to Homewood, and just a tad further to Squaw. One evening the kids all went to the movie theatre in Incline village to see the new Star wars movie...maybe 5-6 miles each way, that was all...such an easy ride! Topping it out was the yard...we needed a fully fenced yard for our dogs, and this was really a great yard, very large, right out the door from the kitchen. We loved this house for our vacation and we will def be back again!!

This home is worth every penny. Everything about our stay was perfect. There is a fenced yard for your pups and a hot tub to soak your muscles after playing in the snow. We cooked gourmet meals and watched movies. There is a mild hiking trail just up the street which was our favorite morning activity with the dogs.
The house itself is lovely and solid. The bathrooms and bedrooms were hotel-style clean. The family room, kitchen and dining area are one big space which made keeping an eye on the little ones easy.
Thank you for the perfect vacation. We will be back.

Loved the closed in yard, along with hot tub and BBQ. Very close to water. Would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to North Lake Tahoe. Very clean, spacious.
