This is a great house if you’re looking for a fantastic view and a comfortable house. We had 3 couples for 3 nights. The kitchen is very well appointed, pretty much everything you need.the beds are comfortable. It’s close to two towns. We had one problem with the stove and the rental management company (Tahoe Vacation Rentals, I think) was exceptionally responsive, in fact they were amazing from the first email exchange, answering questions. My only wish is that you could easily hit some walking trails in the woods and/or walk along the waters edge. We walked the neighborhood which was also nice but not the same. The house has a lot of little extras…books, games, chess, and very nice wine glasses. We would definitely come back.

The house is a beautiful escape in Lake Tahoe. We went in a shoulder season and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.
The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need and felt comfortable. Functional wood fireplace and dog friendly made it particularly feel like a home away from home.
Hope to stay again!

This house is something special! The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc. The rest of the home is a very classic Tahoe style with fabulous original details, but the real stunner of this house are the views! You are mesmerized the minute you walk into the great room with it's floor to ceiling wall of windows. There are 3 decks for sitting outside enjoying the amazing view and plenty of chairs for lots of guests. I look forward to coming back.

Wow, what a wonderful place. My family loved our 5 days at this wonderful home. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We baked a birthday cake and I brought all my own cake pans and mixer, parchment paper—no need.
The house was so comfortable. And the view was spectacular. Make sure you bring all your own food. I also suggest you bring your own shampoo and soap—didn’t love the bottles they supplied. FYI the steps down to the water are fairly steep. There is a a handrail but lots of space for kids/dogs to fall through—just be aware. The water was so high that there was no beach, but we still loved playing in the water. All in all an amazing experience.
