Great place to stay. Easy access to Palisades. Places was wonderfully furnished. Very warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our time here and will book again!

We had a nice stay at the Cobalt Cabin. Everything is new, clean, and designed well. There were even food bowls for our pup and place settings and toys for our toddler. The location was great to easily get around the north shore. We enjoyed the hot tub and even though the cabin was surrounded in snow, we stayed warm and cozy inside.

This place was beautifully designed and a great use of a small amount of space. We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the house heated well and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans we needed. The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. Fun games and puzzles for the family when we were snowed in one day.
We found Tahoe Getaways to be extremely responsive and communicative. The EV charger was buried in snow and they came out to dig it out. We had a snow storm while we were there and the small street in front of the house was plowed by the next morning. Really loved the location and peacefulness of the surroundings.

This place was absolutely beautiful, it looked exactly like the photos! The back opened up to a stunning snow filled winter landscape that was so peaceful to look at. A total plus is that it's within walking distance from the lake, which made for a wonderful start to the day.

Overall, this was a 5-Star Stay at a VERY RECENTLY beautifully renovated cabin. We enjoyed our entire stay, through rain, sleet, snow, and sunshine, and we hope to stay here again.
Here are some things we really like about this home:
○ Great Kitchen Setup with top rated new appliances and well provisioned
○ Comfortable Beds
○ Entertainment Setup
○ Gas Stove very efficient at heating the whole house
The only things other potential renters should note that there is no wood burning fireplace or pellet stove, and there is no whole-home generator, so in the event of a loss of power, the cabin is without heat, which DID happen to us for 3.5 hours on New Years' Eve, but the local utility saved the day. Also, there are only 1.5 bathrooms at this property, as the upstairs is a HALF Bath, with only a toilet and sink, but that wasn't an issue for our small family (3 of us + our dog).
