This cabin is awesome! It was very clean and comfortable and fully equipped with all of the amenities at home. The rooms are large and have plenty of room, and each bed has a cozy down comforter that keeps you warm. The kitchen had everything we needed, the couch was large enough for all of us, as well as the dining room table. We loved the fireplace, it kept the upstairs so warm! The kids loved the sleds they found in the garage. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful setting. You feel secluded, but you are minutes from restaurants and shops. We were very close to Homewood ski resort, which is awesome. It's a bit of a drive to the home (somewhat steep grade road), so be prepared with snow chains or 4WD.

The house was clean and ready for guests - hot tub was ready to go which was perfect as we arrived during a snow storm!

Hot tub was a nice addition too on a snowy evening. Especially loved being able to pull the car in the garage! Suggestions for informing people considering this property - basic cable only. Let people know that the property is at a higher elevation than Tahoe City. It is a little daunting coming down the hill when the roads are icy. Tahoe Get Aways property management very attentive to the one issue we had which was a non-operational coffee maker. They replaced it the same day! Their mobile app made it SUPER easy to get access, updates and check out.
