Great experience!!

We enjoyed a week at this wonderful home and would love to return one day. The views are simply amazing. The beds are super comfortable and we all slept well. Yes, there are no window coverings in the master bedroom, living rooms or game room, so prepare your stay for that. There is a house being built next door, but my grandkids loved watching the diggers and loaders, so we made the best of it. The only things we needed to add to the house supply of cleaning and daily products was 1 roll of paper towels, so wait until you arrive to buy more house supplies. The management company was a delight to work with and handled all the repairs or issues that came up during our stay. The drive into Kings Beach was only 10-15 minutes, so going to play or get groceries was a breeze, but it did require a car. There are plenty of hiking/walking trails right out the door and you can walk to North Tahoe Regional Park if you want a special trip to the disc golf course! I loved that the house had little clutter or knick knacks that I had to hide from the 3 grandkids. We turned one living area into a play space for the kids and the other into a game space for the adults, and we still had plenty of room. This house is quite large and extremely comfortable, one of the best rentals we have had the pleasure to enjoy 😎

This is a beautiful, well-maintained house in a great location. I stayed here with a group of friends and there were plenty of beds and space so that we didn't feel cramped. The house was actually somewhat larger than I expected with unique, stylish furnishings. The back deck looks out onto a hiking trail and features a view of Lake Tahoe. We were able to access hiking trails, the lake and a grocery store all within a ten-minute drive. We didn't have any issues that required a call to Tahoe Getaways during our stay, but the communication to check-in and check-out was quick and easy. I would happily stay here again if returning to the area.

Beautiful,spacious home with amazing views of Lake Tahoe. Very clean. Close to grocery store,dinner out places and some activities. Great game room! Would suggest non-stick pans to be included in cookware. Glad that construction on house next door was not going on while we were there.

The location was great, very close to food shopping at Safeway market, and close to other stores and restaurants. Hiking trails were nearby and abundant. The house was large, well equipped, and had a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. The management company was helpful and attentive with a few minor issues in the house. The only negatives were that there were no window treatments in the master bedroom because of the view so you’ll wake up with the sun, and there was construction next door in a house being built.
