The house is located within walking distance to kings beach, and the layout is good for a few couples or maybe some children. The neighborhood while charming, seems to be mostly year round locals. Best to be quiet, friendly and respectful as a short term renter. Working with Tahoe Getaways was seamless. I would definitely recommend working with them directly to avoid the Vrbo up charge

My group absolutely loved this Airbnb! It’s in a perfect location, less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to Safeway, also walking distance, about 10 minutes. Loved having a hot tub and a grill too. Host was great with communication. Would recommend and stay at again.

Had a great time at the house. Was perfect for our family of 5 plus dog. Kitchen is stocked very well with all kind of utensils, silverware, dishes etc. Beach is 5 mins away. Also family enjoyed golfing that is right in the community. Checkin, checkout and communication was just perfect. Thank you!

House was spotless and well appointed for our group. The location can't be beat. If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is only accessed from the side gate and not through the house.
