Great home. Backyard is open to a hiking trail in sugar pine forest. Home is very comfortable and spacious. Sauna was great. Hot tub was wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neigborhood. Bed linens could have used replacing. There were no window blinds in downstairs bedrooms, which have street views hence the need for privacy.

This house had everything we needed and more!! The kids enjoyed playing hide and seek in this big house, and the big hot tub was incredible after a long excursion.
Being a semi culinary chef I was amazed to find all the essentials necessary for gourmet cooking. Everything was state of the art.
I had no idea until arrival, that we had a forest out back. It isn’t private but it is absolute wilderness out there. No houses nor streets after our block. To me that was the highlight of this property. The hot tub isn’t visible from the trail because there are so many trees in between, so it is very private. The famous Rubicon Trail is only a mile from the property which was also really cool. Thank you Tahoe Getaways, this is by far our favorite vacation rental!!

Very homie, clean, cozy, with lots of amenities, extra towels,sheets,variety of dishes and cookware. Very satisfied with this home and the service Tahoe Gateways provided.Kids enjoyed exploring huge backyard, loved the sauna, great way to relax in the evening. Everything was great and would recommend 100%!
