Great location... exactly as advertised... we felt safe and taken care of by our gracious hosts. We’ll be back for sure!

House is in a very convenient location, can walk to beach and Safeway. We had a very relaxing vacation and enjoyed the walks to the beach, hot tub and other amenities. House is really beautiful and we had plenty of space. It does get very hot with no AC so took us a few days to get used to. Loved sitting on the deck at night. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay!

We loved the Agatam Retreat! Furnishings were nice, house was clean, and allows dogs which was so great! The two different family rooms gave space for the adults and the kids. Kitchen was well stocked. It's walking distance to Moon Dune beach which is a sand beach with rocks in the water and a sandbar that makes the water warmer. The neighborhood is super quiet with a mix of year-round residents and part-time residents. We hope to be back soon!

This cabin was perfect for our Tahoe summer getaway! It’s a ten minute walk to SafeWay and a five minute walk to a beach that always seemed to be less crowded than the rest. Amenities were great and hot tub was a definite plus. There’s also a separate living room area in the basement of the kids want to watch a movie while the adults hang out upstairs. Our only issues were that the great room gets very hot because the sun hits it directly for most of the day, but overall we were able to get past it.

Had all the essentials we needed provided by the host. Plenty of towels and looks like winter play options. Very conveniently located (short walks) to the beach, grocery store and some restaurants.
