Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The yard was a fantastic retreat, and there was also walkable access to the beach and water sport rentals. Kitchen was setup well and we had an amazing time!

Loved the house, wonderful atmosphere, and a stunning location. Very easy and short walk to the beach directly adjacent to Garwoods restaurant. Hope to be back one day!

We had two families staying here with 9 people and the house was just perfect for us. It looked exactly like it did in pictures and had everything we needed in the kitchen and to BBQ. I did wish the house had beach towels and more chairs to use at the lake. It was only a 5 minute walk to the lake to sit and enjoy it. We weren't able to hang out in the beautiful backyard because there were a lot of mosquitos. I read a previous reviewer's comment about the strict neighbor next door. The only thing we heard from the property manager about was that they got a call about some outdoor lights being left on at night. We would not be fined this time but could be fined for "light pollution". We figured out the lights that were on were the landscape lights in the backyard. We are sure the call came from the neighbor on the left. Overall, we loved the house and location.

The location of the home was perfect. Hiking trails, beach and coffee shops all within walking distance. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to hang out, cook or visit on the back porch. The little ones, spent a lot of time in the tree house, they loved the bunk beds and we were grateful for the high chair! Thank you for sharing your home, it worked out perfect for our family.
