We stayed at the Bearfoot Lodge for a week in July with our 2 daughters and their families to celebrate my 80th birthday and our 55 Anniversary. There was plenty of room for our 3 families including grandchildren. The house was very comfortable, clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The easy access to unlimited walking/biking trails right out the back was a treat as was the wonderful display of wildflowers. We were impressed with all there is to do and see very close to Truckee.

Place was great. Spacious, up to date and beautiful setting. Loved it and one of the few properties we would consider going back to.

The property is spacious and wonderful. The location is awesome as well. It accommodated 12 people easily. Beautiful property. Will be back!

Absolutely perfect! We were 10 adults and two children. Had the best time. Perfect location, super close to Donner lake. The foosball table was a big hit with the kids, spacious kitchen, it was perfect! We went in summer and struggled a bit cause it got very warm, but it’s mentioned that they don’t have air conditioning. Overall, was great and will definitely go back!

Everything was great and met our expectations. The only issue was the trash cans in the bear bin were full upon our arrival from the previous guest.
