Great location! Walking distance to everything on the main strip in Tahoe City. Big backyard, perfect for the dog.

The place is quite nice. I wish it had one more bathroom but overall, for an older style place, you couldn't ask for anything better. The place is clean, easy to find, close to everything, and is great in a big snow storm.
You are required to remove snow or you will be fined, so bring a shovel.
It's a bit odd that quiet hours for this place start at 8pm.
You also are required to sign a contract, which when reading the fine print, made me very uncomfortable.

Great place! Hope to stay again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vanni House. The house is renovated to the T! and the gas fireplace is wonderful. The hottub works great! All the appliances work and the water is hot from the tap. It was a lovely Christmas in the snow. Luckily the rain turned to snow! All the ski areas are close to this location. Thank you for letting us stay in this home. We would come here again in a heartbeat.

This cabin is very charming and has a fully equipped kitchen. It is near town. shops and the lake. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The large kitchen table was perfect for meals and a great place for doing puzzles, playing games, writing and art work. The front porch was a wonderful place to relax at sunset. The hot tub was an added bonus.
