The views of the lake make coffee and cocktail hrs on the deck just perfect. The kids loved the game room and playing out on the deck. The kitchen is very well stocked with the essentials. We cooked all our meals in, trust me you won't want to leave to go to a restaurant! Carnelian bay has a fabulous rock beach less than 1/2 a mile from the house. We went there every day to swim and relax. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect vacation. We rented Rooney Ridge.and had a great time. We had five adults and two children and the house was spacious and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was nicely furnished and it has a beautiful kitchen along with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning in the sun and looking at the lake.

This home was chosen after spending hours searching for just the right place. The photos are nice, but don't do it justice. It was much better than we expected! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and had such a wonderful time. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. The location was great a quiet neighborhood and close to Tahoe City's downtown restaurants and shops.
