This property was huge with multi levels that easily accommodated 12 of us. The pool table, hot tub, and outdoor area were perfect to unwind after a long day around the lake. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped to cook large meals. Quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and stores along the North Shore. We will rent this property again!g David M

I stayed at this rental on a group trip weekend getaway. I'd stay here again. This house is beautiful!! I don't think the photos do it justice. It's also HUGE! It has enough space to comfortably accommodate the full 12 people. The highlights of the property are as follows:
- AMAZING massive hot tub that gets HOT! Also it has jets, lights, and is a private location.
- Large kitchen with almost everything you need to cook full meals for a big group.
- Beautiful functioning gas grill
-Very clean
-Cozy
-Generally private location
-responsive rental company hosts who were pleasant to talk to
Cons of the property (there aren't a ton)
-Since it's rented by a rental company, they're more strict with changing terms of the rental (ie late check out request is $100, you must sign a long, separate rental agreement outside the Airbnb system to rent)
- (Not a con, but just good to know) they asked us to strip the bed sheets and start a load of towels in the laundry before we left.

The house was beautiful! We had nine people in our party ( three couples and three individuals) and the house was perfect for our group gathering.
My only issues were related to the beds. The beds are VERY FIRM. If you like this, great! For myself and a few others this made for a less than ideal nights sleep. Also, I am very sensitive to smells and perfumes. The sheets were either washed with a scented soap or fabric softener that gave me a headache and caused another guest to have some swelling to their face. This is a personal issue and others may enjoy the scent but I would recommend using an unscented soap and fabric softener. Other than this we found the house well appointed and very enjoyable.

My family and I felt just like home. Everything was clean and spacious. Our host was responding fast and was very helpful. We loved the place and we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this house. The house comes with more than enough amenities to accommodate your needs, it's fully stocked! Great location, great view, and very peaceful. Your Tahoe getaway cant get any better. I definitely recommend this place!
