Clean and very confortable….

Their team is very responsive so I appreciated that, and the space was spacious as advertised. They allowed an early check in since we drove in earlier than planned so thank you! It sucks the backyard was completely snowed in, which wasn’t communicated, so we were bummed about that (we understand they don’t have control over the weather but at least we would appreciate communication).
What I didn’t like were Airbnb’s policies yet again, if we were to get stranded there was no flexibility whatsoever with our reservation which made our group feel very uncomfortable with the situation. In turn Tahoe getaways team was quick to blame it on Airbnb which made us feel uneasy and also left with no options, crappy feeling!

It was fun!

This house is large, comfortable, and has plenty of room for 10 people. We found the kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, cooking pots, and utensils. Tahoe Getaways was great at communication. They called me the day of check in to let me know the house was ready and I could check in at any time after the phone call, even though it wasn't yet 3pm! The day of the check out they followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went alright. I highly recommend this property and any house rented by Tahoe Getaways.
