Our group of 6 had the best time in Tahoe -- we came on Memorial Day weekend when it wasn't cold enough to ski and not quite warm enough to be at the pool or lake, but we still had the absolute best time relaxing in the mountains. It's definitely in a quiet residential neighborhood, but we were still able to enjoy ourselves without any complaints (we weren't very rowdy). The house was well kept, comfortable, and clean. It was super easy to communicate with the Tahoe Getaways team and they even called me on the day of our arrival to let us know the home was ready earlier than expected and we could come sooner. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved grilling out on the patio! The only downside was that the fridge and freezer didn't seem to stay very cold so some of our food spoiled. But other than that, it was the perfect weekend! I worked with Nicole from Tahoe Getaways, and she was a pleasure to communicate with.

There are several things we really like about this place: hot tub, high ceiling living room, abundant natural light, private community beach with volleyball court, benches and umbrellas.
The cabin looks lovely, however it obviously has shown its age. There are something that doesn't work although they didn't affect us too much. For example, the door to the patio can't be locked on its own. It is locked by putting a rod in the sliding track between the door and the frame.
Overall, we think it's worth it.
