Exactly as advertised.. tastefully remodeled.. Centrally located.. the perfect home for our snow trip with our young children.

Loved this place! Felt like I’m in the middle of nowhere! And I love that Perfect spot since no other cabin too close to it. Beautiful scenery around the cabin! The patio is breathtaking while drinking coffee and enjoying the morning weather!

We really enjoyed our stay at Allenby. The home was clean, cozy, and we had everything we needed for cooking in each day. The only thing we would suggest is a little better lighting in the upstairs bedroom (to the left of the stairway). Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Fantastic cabin for our family of four. Very private and quiet. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed and more!

This cabin was amazing! From the views of the forest to the amenities needed for any home, it’s all there. It was so comfortable for my family of 5, the first 3 days we decided to not explore Lake Tahoe. The wildlife viewing from the deck is enough to relax and enjoy VACATION. There is a trail for hikers and mountain bikers just a few steps below the deck which has a Lake Tahoe view point. Inside the cabin, everything needed for cooking, entertainment and sleeping is all there. When we did get out to do some fishing, the Truckee River is not far. It’s in a great location from being far enough from the noise and traffic in Kings Beach but close enough to do the grocery shopping if needed. My family and I are already talking about coming back.

The home overall was excellent and in great condition. All the areas of the property were very comfortable for my family and there was plenty of room indoors and out. The location is great being up the hill enough to be away from town traffic yet close enough to ride a bike down the hill and be there in 10 minutes. Also the trails into the North Tahoe park are just outside your back door, which made getting outdoors even easier. We would rent Allenby again and think it is a great place.
