Great house. Located in a quiet area surrounded by trees and wilderness. House was exactly as described. Kids loved the play room and bunk beds. It is in bear territory and we did see one walk by the house which was pretty cool. Short drive to kings beach and incline village areas as well as north star. 45 min north of south Tahoe but still a short drive able distance. Golf course is close by as well. Lots to do, great place!

The rental exceeded all our expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was welcoming and responsive, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The location was ideal with beautiful grounds, making it a peaceful stay.

We spent a wonderful week with 8 family members at this property. We were so glad we picked Kings Beach vs Incline Village - such a great chill vibe. Property was in a great location for hiking, exploring, or heading into town. Beautiful kitchen, huge dining table, and space for everyone. Highly recommend!

We had our dog, and there was an amazing and beautiful trail minutes from the house. Hot tubbing at night amongst all the trees was magical. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome stay. Nice house with lots of amenities. Great location, where is close to the beach, pier, safeway, etc. My only complaints are check in is pretty late and check out is very early. Not quite flexible in time. But overall, great place to stay in Tahoe. Definitely recommend.

This place was absolutely perfect for my bridal shower! Comfortably fit everyone and it was so clean and well maintained. It is also beautiful decorated!
