This home is truly amazing. Every room has its own full bathroom with extremely comfortable beds . Parking is great . The outside deck was perfect to grill on and enjoy the beautiful weekend . Would book again .

Can't say enough good things about the Gray Bear estate, we loved it. Humongous kitchen and common area and big bedrooms with TVs and fireplaces in each. Big deck with views of the lake and a great grill and outdoor bar set up. We'll definitely be returning!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more - the pictures don't do this property justice! It is absolutely beautiful and easily fit 10 people, with plenty of room to spare. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Excellent space and well located for a ski adventure in north Lake Tahoe.

We spent 10 days over Christmas 2022 and had a wonderful experience. The home was just as advertised! The kitchen was fully equipped for large group cooking. The 3 king bedrooms with bathrooms were very nice. The bunkroom was a little tight but OK for young kids. The primary bedroom was very large and spacious. We had plenty of extra linens and bedding if needed. The management company was very responsive before and during the rental. We only had a couple of small issues which were resolved quickly.

The entire process was easy. The rental agency was very communicative and there were no surprises!
