House was exactly as the listing suggested. Great location with easy proximity to Tahoe City and Truckee. Nice / quiet neighborhood. Only noise came from rushing creek which we rather enjoyed.

We really enjoyed this rental-it was exactly as advertised and no disappointments for us. We especially enjoyed the lovely views outside of the large picture window in the family room-just a beautiful sight to look out onto the creek. Kitchen was well stocked, home was roomy, a quiet neighborhood and it has a good location in the area. Would definitely rent it again. There was a couple of not so good reviews on this place when I was searching for a rental and I am so glad I did not pay attention to them.

Home was roomy, clean and kitchen well stocked. We thought the view of the creek from the large window in the family room was really nice and it was pleasant to listen as well from the upstairs deck, open windows and downstairs patio and hot tub. There were several negative comments made about this place in the reviews but I did not find that any of them applied. Glad I did not pay attention to them. Also has a very nice location in Alpine and close to Squaw Valley Village.

The location was great and the house had everything we needed. Tahoe Getaway was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and helped us check-in early.

Great ski getaway with the family. Plenty of room for the three kids to spread out and attend online school in the AM and ski in the afternoons. Convenient location minutes from Alpine and Squaw. Kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could ask for and enough plates, dishes, etc. for big groups. Everything was really clean, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had heated floors! (A nice bonus in the winter.) Only slight inconvenience was the speed and consistency of the wifi service. All in all, great place and I would definitely recommend.
