This place had everything you needed for entertainment pool table and a good jacuzzi and new utilities.

I want to start off the positive, the location is perfect! Overall the cabin was beautiful, tastefully designed and well equipped for our family of 4, plenty of space to be comfortable. There was two maintenance items that I would have preferred to be fixed/repaired or at least made notice, the kitchen window can not open, without potentially damaging the mechanism more than it already is, the trim along the “loft” railing/ flooring is not attached properly and may be a trip hazard. Two areas that were disappointing but not deal breakers was the coffee maker situation and the hot tub. The welcome email stated that there would be a drip coffee maker, but to brink your “favorite” coffee and your own filters, so of course we stopped at the local Safeway (less than 5 miles away) and picked up some coffee to use the next morning, to our disappointment, we found a Nespresso and a Keurig, so after a couple of attempts of Uber Eats and Instacart not completing my orders (assuming due to location) back to the store we went for K-Cups, as far as the hot tub, we were unable to use, the previous renters must have used wine glasses (the directions in home specifically state to not use glass in the hot tub), and put the cover back on breaking the glasses, once we noticed and called the management company, they did promptly send out someone to drain the hot tub and clean up the broken glass, but after that, we were unable to heat the hot tub back up, which the kids were really looking forward to. I would still highly recommend this rental and the experience, the family had a blast and we were already planning our next trip to Tahoe!

This home is beautiful and in an amazing location. I loved the huge windows to see all the trees.

Very nice place to stay at, clean, modern, fun stuff to do like pool table and hot tub, quiet neighborhood and close to the water.

The place itself was very neat and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay so much.
